Quotes:
National Custom Hollow Metal is a quote only pricing structure. All prices are quoted from “request for quotes” that our customers return to NCHM.
Final Acceptance:
NCHM Quality Control will check each frame and component part to assure we have filled your order properly. However, final responsibility that the material purchased is correct will be with the purchaser. We will correct any error on our part immediately. If the material is sent to and/or installed at the job site wrong, the purchaser accepts all responsibility.
Payment Terms:
All invoices are due 30 days from invoice date. Payments received after 30 days are subject to a 2% per month late fee.
Freight Policy:
All goods are shipped "F.O.B. Factory." Upon delivery to the
transportation company, shipments become the property of the
purchaser, who assumes the risk of loss or damages in transit
or at destination. When replacements are necessary, order through normal channels with a notation "short" or "damaged in transit".
This will give the order
preferential treatment.
Claims:
Please notify us promptly of any discrepancy in shipments
or invoicing. All claims must be reported to us within one (1) week
of receipt of merchandise. When reporting a claim, please refer
to purchase order number and invoice number.
Cancellations and changes:
A cancellation or change-order charge will apply if we have incurred
any costs for material or labor prior to notification from the customer.
Right to Decline:
We reserve the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, when
we are not satisfied with the type or quantity of goods or credit
worthiness of the purchaser.
Prices:
We accept orders with the understanding that they will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment, except in cases where firm prices have been quoted.
Our Warranty:
NATIONAL CUSTOM HOLLOW METAL DOORS AND FRAMES WARRANTIES ITS MATERIAL
FOR A ONE YEAR PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE ORIGINAL DIRECT
PURCHASER. NATIONAL WARRANTS TO THE DISTRIBUTOR OF ITS DOORS AND FRAMES
THAT IT WILL AT ITS OPTION, EITHER REPAIR, REPLACE, OR OTHERWISE CORRECT ANY
PRODUCT ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE MANUFACTURER TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIALS
OR WORKMANSHIP
ALL OF NATIONAL CUSTOM HOLLOW METAL'S PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY
OTHER FURTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. FITNESS OF MATERIAL FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
THE WARRANTY IS CONSIDERED TO BE NULL AND VOID IF THE PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT
TO ABUSE, ACCIDENT, MISAPPLICATION, OR INCORRECT INSTALLATION
